古小偉坦言:做一個品牌很簡單、經營一個品牌卻不容易。因為經營需要團隊合作、而且要有豐富的經驗,絕非一人說了算。
就美妝品牌而言,如果沒有碰過百種產品、沒有適用很多人的臉,對產品不但說不出所以然、也不知道有任何改良的方法。
「產品研發是環環相扣的,多一分太多、少一分有不夠。」小偉也表示:每個IWE粉底產品皆有不同成分,各成分比例該如何能搭配、同時也對肌膚提供效果?
這必須兼具與研發溝通與成分的調配,因此美妝產品品牌的經營需要密集的構通與豐富的經驗。

Founder's Message
To our dear IWE fans,
These past few years have been marked by the impact of the pandemic and I have witnessed many changes around me. I have experienced both challenges and opportunities, and have come to understand that they are two sides of the same coin. When faced with these challenges, we need to adjust our mindset in a timely manner, even reform some of the old ways, and transform them into a new source of strength.
During this period, I took the time to reflect on some questions: What is the reason for IWE's existence for the public? What motivates us to keep moving forward? How do we define IWE's position in the market?
As a leading makeup brand, IWE cannot stand still without innovation. First of all, I will continue to adhere to our philosophy of constant reformation, research and improvement, and provide consumers with the most advanced and exquisite products. Second, we will abandon the part that is superficial and not practical, and not pursue excessive trends and complicated packaging. We will focus on the high quality of the product itself, allowing everyone (I, WE) to return to their expectations of beauty products and create their own aesthetic.
Only by maintaining skin-friendly ingredients and perfect balance between ingredients and effects can we truly meet the needs of consumers. The adjustment of product ingredient proportions and the introduction of new formulas are all the results of my many years of professional makeup, research and development experience, as well as the joint efforts of our professional team.
I believe that doing the right thing, even if it requires a large investment in the early stage, will eventually gain the confidence of consumers who believe that these methods are correct.
In the future, we will continue to promote the philosophy of IWE, making beauty simple but sustainable.
